Our performance at Brightview was another success! We have regular performances here, and will be coming back next month too. This time, we heard lots of beautiful solos and ensembles. Some new pieces included It’s a Small World played by Claire and Ethan on the piano and flute. The well-known piece was really brought to life by their excellent skill and interpretation. Next, Jacob and Charlie performed a violin and cello duet called Salut D’amour by Elgar. It was a vivid composition that was even more powerful when they performed it together.
The solos at this performance were also really well played and it was clear how much dedication each member had to making this a great experience for everyone. The solos included a variety of styles and composers, from Mozart to Scarlatti to Chopin and Rachmaninoff, each piece told a unique story that was put into rich and beautiful sound by our performers. Congrats to Claire, Alison, Anthony, Aiden, Anne, Eileen, April, and Ethan for sharing their musical talents and skills.
