McLean Melody’s most recent performance was fun and enjoyable for the seniors. Each piece was played carefully, and the notes came through clearly. The music sounded pleasant and held everyone’s attention, making the performance a memorable experience.
The seniors seemed to enjoy hearing all the different instruments. There were piano, cello, flute, and violin, and each performance added something unique. The variety of sounds made the program interesting and enjoyable to listen to. The performers showed focus and care in every piece, which made the event feel well organized.
After the performance, the group did something especially thoughtful. We went up to a senior lady’s room and sang “Happy Birthday” to her. Even though we didn’t know her personally, she seemed happy and appreciative, and it was a nice way to end the visit and make her birthday feel special.
