Today I went to perform for Mclean Melody at Brightway Senior Center. The location of this place is in Great Falls, and it was for Valentines Day. This time I played the piece Minuets I and II by Johann Sebastian Bach. It’s a pretty quick and melodic piece and I’m sure the senior citizens loved it. It’s always a great experience playing for Mclean Melody, because I love putting a smile on people’s faces by playing the cello for them.
Everyone played amazing at the concert and it was a mixture of piano and strings. Sadly, I was the only Cello playing at the concert, because my brother got sick and unfortunately couldn’t make it. Nonetheless, still an amazing concert as usual, and I was glad to put a smile on their faces by playing music that they like which also reminds them of their past.
