McLean Melody had another amazing performance at Brightview Senior Center this March! The concert included many solos and a few duets.
Bringing back a classic, Eileen and Jacob performed You Are The Reason, a beautiful and rhapsodic instrumental piece featuring both the crisp harmony of the piano and the deeply stirring melody of the cello. It was very well performed by them, and it was clear that their practice showed through. At the end of the program, Jacob and Claire played a lovely piece, Antonio: Corrente – Vivaldi, meaning lively and flowing. It was definitely very musical and lively, and the different instruments played on added to the euphonious quality of this emotional piece.
In addition to these duets, our members also performed well-played solos on piano and cello. Thank you to all of our members who attended for making this concert a success!
