Mclean Melody had a wonderful performance at the Sunrise of Mclean Village, one of our many frequently visited senior homes. This concert included many solos, duets, and trios performed on various instruments by our members.
Ancient Aires & Dances and Boreas were performed by Alexandra, Emily and Stellen, a trio including violin. The two pieces were beautifully performed and provided a calm and soothing atmosphere for the seniors. Next, Eileen and Jason played a duet of You Are The Reason, a lyrical song transferred into an instrumental version. It was clear they had practiced it well, as they played it with passion and skill. Last but not least, Jacob and Hudson performed a jazzy piece called Fly Me To The Moon, also an instrumental version of a song. The song is a well known classic and was played very well by the two of them. Finally, a big congrats to the performers for another successful concert!
